"They saw us last moment when I had to put my beloved Rocco down. Even though we were first-timers to their hospital they understood the urgency of his suffering. They allowed me to comfort him as he passed from this world and left me with him after to grieve. They followed up with a lovely card and paw print plaque. If I ever have to experience this again, I would want it to be with this wonderful staff. God bless y'all."
